House of Enhancers (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates as a registered business in Ireland. We specialise in premium 100% human-hair toppers and wigs available both online and through in-person consultations at our Co. Dublin salon.
These Terms apply to all website visitors, customers, and anyone using our services or products.

2. Products and Services
We aim to describe every product as accurately as possible. Because each piece is handcrafted from human hair, small variations in colour, length, or density may occur.
We may update, remove, or change products, descriptions, or prices at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payments
• All orders are processed securely through our online checkout.
• Full payment must be received before shipping or reserving your product.
• Prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as available payment options listed at checkout.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund.

4. Consultations and Bookings
Consultations and fittings are by appointment only and must be booked through our online system.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free standard shipping across Ireland and the UK unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times are estimated at checkout, but delays may occur due to customs, couriers, or other external factors.

6. Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on toppers or wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered.
We accept returns only if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

7. Warranty and Quality
All products are made from 100% Remy human hair and inspected before dispatch.
Because human hair is a natural material, light shedding or variation may occur. Proper care and maintenance are the customer’s responsibility.

All images, designs, logos, and written content on this website are the property of House of Enhancers. They may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
House of Enhancers is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse of products, delivery issues, or website errors.
